PlayStation has announced another State of Play showcase, promising fresh looks at upcoming titles and updates on games we’re already excitedly thinking about.

PlayStation State of Play date & time
The State of Play is scheduled for February 12, 2025, at:
- 2:00 p.m. PT
- 5:00 p.m. ET
- 11:00 p.m. CET
- February 13: 7:00 a.m. JST
Sony has confirmed a 40-minute runtime, available in both English and Japanese. Auto-generated subtitles will also be provided in other languages.
Where to Watch State of Play
You can tune in via PlayStation’s official YouTube and Twitch. In addition, the official post states that the show “will be broadcast in English and Japanese.” If you subscribe and turn on notifications, you’ll get an alert the moment the show goes live on February 12.
Reveals we’re expecting (hoping for)
Sony hasn’t officially shared which games will be part of the February 12 lineup, but there are plenty of fan theories floating around:
- Lost Soul Aside: Slated for a 2025 release and recently referenced Sony’s upcoming State of Play on social media, suggesting we might see a more specific release date.
- GTA 6: Rockstar confirmed its next big title is aiming for Fall 2025. Any extra details or footage would be huge news.Fans want this — bad.
- Ghost of Yotei: We’re hoping to get more details and some amazing new footage of this one.
- Kingdom Hearts 4: We can dream, right?
This announcement comes right after a PlayStation Network outage that lasted more than 20 hours. Despite that hiccup, Sony says we can expect “news and updates on great games coming to PS5,” so be sure to mark your calendars and set a reminder.
